Job Description, HVAC Sales – Branch Manager

The responsibility of the Branch Manager will be to help direct, promote and coordinate branch operations to provide outstanding customer service, optimize growth and profitability, and assist in achieving the branch’s, mission and goals.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Effective Team Player with good customer service and communication skills that is proactive, positive, conscientious, organized and efficient.
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize workload, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and courteous demeanor when working with customers and colleagues.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in-store management/operations in a wholesale environment.
• 2 years of HVAC/R Experience
• Honesty and a strong work ethic
• Strong computer skills
• High School Diploma / GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience
